HOW DO WE RECYCLE?

The process is a thermal destruction (decomposition into low-molecular weight components without oxygen) of oily waste with the production of pyrolysis gas, liquid boiler (pyrolysis) fuel (LBF) and dry residue (technical soil).

We issue waste passports free of charge when concluding a waste recycling contract..

Recycling technologies based on TDP-20 pyrolysis set

The TDP-20 plastic and oil sludge recycling set is the best way to recycle such waste from both an environmental and economic points of view. The economic benefits are due not only to the conditioned recycling products, but also to the relatively low energy consumption (up to 60 kW per ton of waste) and the minimum need for external fuel due to the production of own pyrolysis gas and boiler fuel. An automated process control system ensures continuous monitoring of all process parameters. The process is controlled automatically and manually from the operator's console.

The TDP-20 pyrolysis set is hermetically sealed, including the solid residue discharge system, so its environmental impact is minimal. Gas emissions to the atmosphere are minimal and meet the environmental standards.

The facility is mobile and compact, fitting into two 40ft containers.
